Therapy that feels like a real relationship

My style as a therapist is laid-back but engaged. I’m not a blank wall. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship, grounded in trust, respect, and genuine care.

I use a Person-Centered approach, which means I meet you where you are, without judgment, and with a deep belief in your ability to grow and heal. You are the expert on your own life. My job is to offer a steady, honest space where you can hear yourself think.

What people come in for

  • Anxiety, worry, and stress that won’t settle
  • Depression, low mood, and feeling stuck
  • Life transitions, grief, and loss
  • Self-esteem and the way you talk to yourself
  • Family conflict and relationship concerns
  • Exploring identity, sexuality, or gender
  • Simply wanting a place to feel truly heard

How I work

Person-Centered Therapy is my foundation. I also draw on humanistic, relational, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches when they fit what you need. I tailor each session to your story, because no two people, or journeys, are the same.

Some people come for short-term support around one issue. Others stay longer for deeper work. We review your goals as we go, and they can change.
