Your relationship structure isn’t the problem

If you’re polyamorous, open, or otherwise non-monogamous, you may have met therapists who treated that as the cause of everything. I don’t. I’m passionate about supporting people in polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships, and you won’t need to defend how you love before we get to work.

What we might work on

  • Jealousy, insecurity, and comparison
  • Opening a relationship, or deciding whether to
  • Communicating needs, boundaries, and agreements
  • Time, energy, and feeling stretched thin
  • Breakups and changes within a polycule
  • Coming out as non-monogamous to family, friends, or at work
  • Anything else in your life, with your relationships understood as context

A note on who attends

I work with individuals. I don’t offer couples or multi-partner sessions, but individual therapy is a good place to sort out your own feelings, patterns, and wants within your relationships.

How I work

My approach is Person-Centered, which means I meet you where you are with unconditional positive regard. You know your relationships better than anyone. I bring curiosity, honesty, and familiarity with the community.
